Volodymyr is one of the best tutors in Guitar. They have a high-quality profile, verified qualifications, a quick response time, and great reviews from students!

About Volodymyr

My name’s Volodymyr and I’ve been playing guitar for 20 years.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Music Arts and have experience in teaching guitar for more than 11 years.

Whether it’s classical, acoustic, electric guitar or ukulele – I will be glad to share my skills and experience with you! I taught guitar at the Odesa School of Arts. Also I've been doing personal and group guitar lessons for more than 11 years.

I've opened my own music studio in Odesa and organized concerts and events for my students, focusing a lot on building cooperation bonds between students - to motivate them to work on their skills, form bands and participate in other music-related projects.

Besides guitar performing skills I've taken courses of composition and arrangement during my studies at Odesa National Music Academy. I am a winner of several Classical Composition competitions. Also worked with a few orchestras and composers from Ukraine.

About the lesson

I think the best way to get motivation - is in the well-planned process of learning.

That’s how we are going to organize our lessons:
– choose songs and music pieces you like
- adapt to your level
– master different guitar techniques based on your preferences

During our sessions you will gain not only performance skills, but also music theory knowledge, arranging and composition basics for guitar.

Lessons with Volodymyr are always challenging, interesting, and fun. We've not only covered playing, but aspects of sightreading, theory, and composition as well. He is always encouraging and lets the students' musical tastes guide his instruction. Not all great musicians can teach music, but Volodymyr is a talented guitarist and a talented instructor. I've been taking lessons with Volodymyr for three years and each one is still exciting. I always look forward to our lessons and would recommend him to anyone who wants to play and improve, at any level.
