About Astha
I’m an experienced tutor, editor, and writing mentor with over 15 years of tutoring experience and 8+ years in editing and mentorship. Having been the country topper in my high-school national examination, I understand both the academic and emotional pressures that come with exams.
Over the years, I’ve worked with students from school through postgraduate level, helping them with academics, exam preparation, personal statements, CVs, and creative writing. Writers I’ve mentored have gone on to win awards and be published in international publications.
My approach is supportive, thoughtful, and tailored to you. Whether you want to improve your grades, prepare for an important exam, or find your voice as a writer, my goal is to help you become a more confident and independent learner.

My tutoring is interactive, interdisciplinary, and tailored to each student’s needs.
For exam preparation, I use targeted notes, problem-solving techniques, and practical strategies, while keeping school and university exam pressures in mind. For personal statements, CVs, essays, and creative writing, I take a mentorship-based approach, using prompts and feedback to help students develop their own voice and narrative.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and can be adapted to individual goals.
I have 15+ years of tutoring experience and 8+ years of editing and writing mentorship experience. I was the country topper in my high-school national examination, and writers I have mentored have won awards and been published internationally.
I work with students of all ages, from school to postgraduate level.
