About Haylee
Hello, my name is Haylee Conradie.
I am a qualified ESL and Montessori-based teacher with a 1st class Hons degree in TESOL Education, a TEFL certificate, a level 5 and 6 Diploma in Montessori education, and an overview certificate for Montessori upper elementary education. I have a total of 4 years of teaching experience tutoring both children and adults online and offline. My experience has included one year of South African Montessori teaching, 6 months of teaching Montessori in a Thai school including ESL as a core subject, Teaching ESL as an intern at a private TEFL company in Bangkok for 3 months, working online and offline for a Montessori school in South Africa again, Opening some online teacher recourse stores, teaching freelance classes planned via google slides on zoom and teaching ESL classes to Chinese students on DaDa for over a year online to date. I have also tutored Spanish, Portuguese, American and Indian students in Montessori and ESL based lessons online previously.

Hello, my name is Haylee Conradie.
I began my educational journey in highschool when I met a large array of students who battled academically because of their needs for individual care and learning. This inspired me to study Montessori and to late become a properly qualified Montessori guide. After tutoring at a Montessori school in Thailand, I grew to realize that the Montessori method of individualized learning and the philosophy of student-centered learning ties in well with the ESL learning process as well. I therefore furthered my interest in ESL by completing my degree in TESOL and exploring related career options.
