About Ivory
The first session is 60 minutes of playing. You will find that music theory is much simpler when it is connected to a song you love. I evaluate your current level by listening to your rhythm and ear training before we build a plan together.
I usually suggest starting with a piece that challenges your technique while keeping your interest high. Song requests are always welcome here since I specialize in turning complex tracks into simplified arrangements for your specific level. Dealing with blues progressions or grade exam prep requires a bit of discipline, but I keep the vibe relaxed and focused. You will learn to navigate the fretboard with confidence while we explore the theory behind the music.
It is a productive way to see real change in your playing style. Let me know which song you want to tackle first.

Intermediate hobbyists often struggle because they try to learn techniques without a clear musical context.
