About Chloe
I have been teaching guitar for nine years, and it is the primary instrument I use for my professional songwriting and performing. My university training was in classical music, but I spend my professional life working in contemporary styles, so I can offer a very well-rounded perspective. I believe the most important thing a teacher can do is ignite a student's own creative spark, and I love guiding my students on that exciting journey of musical discovery.

My guitar lessons are a launchpad for creativity. For beginners in elementary or middle school, we focus on the fun and excitement of learning their first chords and playing recognizable songs. For my more advanced high school students, we go beyond just playing songs and learn the creative process behind them. We can explore music theory, advanced techniques, and the fundamentals of songwriting and composition. My goal is to provide a comprehensive musical education that empowers students to become independent, creative musicians.
