About Joel
I have been playing professionally for over 30 years. I also have been teaching and developing courses in the music program at UH Maui College for 15 years.
The head of the music department at the University of Hawaii here knew of me and asked me if I would teach.
I have a Masters degree in education.
I have taught music at the University of Hawaii for 11 years.
I am an award-winning musician and music producer/engineer.
