About Greg
I am a guitarist and teacher with over 17+ years' experience as a musician and as a professional for the last 7 years. I have a wide range of experiences, including hundreds of live performances and as well as a background in teaching guitar, and ukulele. I also graduated from The Academy of Contemporary Music in 2011 with a BMus Degree in Contemporary Guitar Performance. Since starting the guitar at age 14 I have always had a fierce passion to try and express myself as much as I could on the instrument, building a connection through writing, studying, improvising and most of all trying to enjoy the process as much as possible!

I teach guitar to all levels, from complete beginner to advanced students and cover multiple styles ranging from rock, blues, metal, country, jazz, folk, fingerstyle and pop. I have a flexible and adaptable teaching style tailored to suit the individual needs and goals of the student. My aim is to instil the passion I have for the guitar into my students, while also remembering the main reason many people wish to play music… simply because it’s fun! Learning an instrument can be one of the most wholesome experiences in life, and I relish the opportunity to help someone on their own journey.
