About Ginnelle
I am an English Teacher with 9 years of experience, teaching grades 5-12. I have also tutored elementary school students, and have helped with test prep and college essay writing. I have a Bachelor's degree in English from Penn State, and a Master's degree in Education from The University of Pennsylvania. I have also been nominated as "Secondary Educator of the Year" in New Jersey for 2017.

I am currently teaching 8th and 11th grade language arts, and can teach any grade level. I believe that any child can learn any skill, with practice and effort, regardless of level. I believe in using data to inform instruction by testing students first to ascertain their level of ability, and assessing specific skill gaps. Many students just simply need more time and one-on-one instruction that may be difficult to get in a classroom, especially remotely.
