About Maggie
I first fell in love with music through middle school band class, where I played clarinet. I took piano and theory lessons when I was a kid. However, I always wanted to play the guitar. I started out easy on the ukulele, which I have played for 9 years, and eventually graduated to guitar, which I have been playing for 7 years. I am primarily self-taught, which has taught me the importance of practice and patience. I taught a fellow actor guitar for a show recently, and fell in love with sharing my skills. Personally, my favorite things to learn and play are rock songs from my favorite bands (The Beatles, Nirvana, and Pearl Jam), but whatever you want to learn, I’m here to teach!

Lessons consist of basic knowledge of chords, tuning, and other techniques. We will learn to play some guitar and/or ukulele essentials as well as some of your favorite songs! Flexible times available for students of all ages. All lessons and progression are customized to your needs.
