About Sophie

In 2012, I completed a 200-hour training course on the Mandrem Beach of Goa, in India. Since then I am passionate about yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. I love practicing yoga intuitively, like a dance, and outdoors when possible.

About the lesson

I like to use improvisation and intuition in my yoga practice. The goal of each class is to learn a little more about yourself and your body. I aim for a balance between stretching and strength, effort and ease and introspection and fun.

Professeur empathique!!
