About Nilakshi

I teach traditional Hatha yoga in my class. I started my Yoga Professional career 12 years back. I worked with many institutions such as 1. Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. 2. CCRYN (Central Council For Research in Yoga & Naturopathy), Janakpuri, New Delhi. Having great exposure in dealing with all age groups of people. Successfully treated many people from the below issues- 1. Mental Stress 2. Pain (Knee, Back etc) 3. Frozen shoulder issue. 4. Arthritis 5. Weight loss. 6. Sleep disorder

About the lesson

I teach traditional Hatha yoga in my class. I start my class with Prayer followed by Asanas including Surya Namaskar, Dhyana & Pranayama. I end my class with Mantra. I also take special meditation class (on demand). Following benefits can be obtained from my yoga class- 1. Stress relief 2. Pain relief 3. Frozen shoulder issue. 4. Arthritis 5. Weight loss. 6. Sleep disorder
