About Indigo
I have been teaching regularly for over 2 years, a combination of public in-studio classes as well as private one-on-ones and online streaming. Certified 200 hour course completed in early 2019 as well as continued education adding towards further accreditation.

Minimum 60 minute sessions. I am happy to pre-prepare a yoga practice or for us to sit down, have a chat and determine what is most needed on any particular day. Just need enough space, inside or outside, for us to lay out neighbouring mats!
