My sessions typically include cultural postures, meditation, breathing exercises and deep relaxation techniques. I also help my students manage their psychosomatic disorders and mental health issues with yoga therapy.
As a yogic coach, my focus is on guiding individuals towards betterment and holistic well-being through daily lifestyle corrections and teaching classical yoga techniques. I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with mental or physical health challenges through my expertise in yoga therapy and Pranayama. I aim to offer holistic healing and wellness solutions tailored to each person's unique needs, promoting their overall well-being and vitality.
