About Fabiane

I’m Fabiane Leite, a certified 230h yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Cyclical), Master Reiki, and holistic massage therapist with over 14 years on the spiritual path.

My journey began in Brazil in 2010 through Ayahuasca ceremonies that opened me to deep inner healing.
In 2015, I moved to Ireland, where I lived for nearly 5 years and discovered the profound power of Reiki. This led me to pursue holistic studies, including:

️- Yoga & Ayurvedic Massage training in India
- 5 retreats, 10-day Vipassana silent meditation (Nepal 2020, Brazil 2021, England 2023, Spain 2024)
- Holistic Relaxing Acupressure Massage in Ireland
- A decade of integration between body, spirit, and emotional healing

My purpose is to hold space for people to reconnect with themselves — to feel again, breathe again, soften, and heal.

What You’ll Get

100% Online – Practice from Home
All classes are held live via a stable online platform (Zoom). I use a high-quality microphone for clear guidance and carefully selected music to make each session relaxing and enjoyable.

Class Details:
Duration: Typically 1 hour (adjustable from 30 to 90 minutes).
Options: One-time lessons or regular weekly/monthly sessions.

You’ll just need:
- A yoga mat or comfortable surface
- A quiet space
- An open heart (tight shoulders are welcome!)

I’ve noticed great progression with her coaching in a short period of time. It was my first time doing Yoga with an online tutor and I wasn’t sure how effective it was going to be ..
