About Yoga
Kee - An experienced certified yoga teacher with more than 15 years of teaching experience in hatha yoga who driven by her passion to nurture and assist anyone in their yoga practice in all levels.
Her classes are more focusing on breathing along with gentle flow which allows the body and mind working in complete harmony.
After years of teaching , Kee decided to immerse herself by taking up Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training (200hours) in Thailand and courses in prenatal and postnatal yoga.
She has years of experience in conducting workshops, such as prenatal and postnatal yoga workshops, organizing yoga retreats locally and overseas (Thailand).
She is also actively involved in conducting online yoga classes currently. Beginners, advanced and everyone in between, are welcome to her classes.

Our teaching methodology is based on mindfulness and concentration, and guiding students to develop their strength, flexibility and balance.
Classes are suitable for all types of student.
Length of a lesson is 1.5 hours.
Type of classes include Sivananda classical hatha yoga, hatha yoga and prenatal yoga.
