About Emma
I discovered Yoga and Meditation during a challenging period in my life when darkness seemed overwhelming and I struggled to find relief.
From that moment of consciously looking within, my life began to transform. Through this journey, my perspective on the world and relationships has experienced a complete shift, and my physical well-being has improved significantly.
This beautiful path into spirituality continues to guide me towards deep self-understanding and inner peace every day.
Observing the profound changes within myself, I am inspired to share these practices with others. I firmly believe that by guiding individuals to experience the joy and contentment that Yoga can arouse within the Self, we can collectively contribute to fostering a more beautiful and harmonious world!

My teaching approach is centered on cultivating awareness in every aspect of life, extending beyond physical exercise to encompass our thoughts, actions, relationships, and connection with the world.
During my YOGA CLASSES we focus on:
Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga poses and flows: which help relieve tension in the body and allow our vital energy to flow freely, promoting better well-being.
Breathing Exercises: by practicing controlled breathing, we boost our immune system and improve overall health.
Meditation: through it, we learn to calmly observe our thoughts without becoming entangled in them.
By integrating these practices, we establish a comprehensive approach that nurtures a deeper connection not only with ourselves but also with every other being in this world, significantly enhancing all aspects of our lives.
Additionally, I offer classes dedicated to exploring yoga's philosophy, history, and lifestyle, enriching the practice further.
Length of a Lesson:
Each lesson typically lasts either 1 hour and 15 minutes or 1 hour and 30 minutes, catering to students from beginners to advanced levels.
Experience:
I have experience teaching yoga to individuals ranging from 12 to 60 years old, including teaching in schools and facilitating programs.
Qualification:
I hold a Diploma as a Yoga Teacher from VinyasaYogaShala in Rishikesh, India.
