About Aarti
Being a homemaker and a mother, women rarely get time for themselves, but I realized that I can do what is best for myself and started practicing Yoga not to teach, but to learn and push the limits of my physical body. Soon enough I started liking it and kept practicing for 10+ years. Added Zumba, Cardio to the list and I can say that I am very proud of what I became!
I am an enthusiast when it comes to workouts, exercising, taking care of the very body which hosts us. And I am passionate about what I do! So join me in this epic journey and let's give our best to make the most out of it!

What I teach:
- Hatha Yoga: The traditional yoga style which increases the overall flexibility of the body by stretching, strengthening the muscles and decompressing the joints.
- Cardio: More dynamic, not a yoga but definitely a great fat-burner! Paired with Yoga, it gives that toned look.
- Pranayama: Relaxing breath work which is essential at the end of every workout session. Not only relaxes the body but also the mind.
What I teach is unique because I've developed techniques which make the traditional Hatha Yoga possible for beginners, and the fusion with Cardio is what gets the results!
