About Padmam
Post graduate teacher training in Yoga. I am a certified cum well-experienced yoga teacher with more than ten years of experience in teaching Yoga for Children and Adults.
I facilitate online classes as a group for adults and children. I also take a 1-to-1 course, especially for individuals who need special attention based on their need / health conditions.
My classes comprise of a one-hour session that involve Various Yoga Asana Practice, Pranayama and Meditation. Group Class includes multiple sessions per week and the classes are designed with set of postures clubbed together and with changes every day to make the practice very interesting. The time slots are flexible and based on your requirement. The practice is very generic and universal to all religion.
The guided regular practice resulting to increase the flexibility, weight-reduction, enhancing the immune system, better cardiovascular functions, strengthening the muscle and relief in neck and shoulder pain, back pain, insomnia, acidity, gastrointestinal issues, stress, depression, anxiety, asthma, migraine, sciatica, PCOD/PCOS, Fibroids etc.
I conduct specially tailored classes for children with active physical practice, eye exercises and carefully designed techniques to improve their brain efficiency, memory and focus.
