About Prakhar

Hello! I'm Prakhar, your graphic design mentor on this creative journey. I specialize in teaching Canva – from beginner tools to pro-level techniques – in a way that is simple, fun, and practical. Design is not just about visuals; it's about telling a story, building confidence, and expressing yourself. My classes are designed to empower students with zero design background to create stunning visuals for work, study, or freelancing. You can expect: Clear, step-by-step lessons using real-world projects. Friendly feedback and continuous improvement tips. Creative challenges to boost confidence and build your portfolio. A supportive, interactive environment where no question is too small. Whether you're a student, entrepreneur, or just curious about design, I’ll help you unlock your creative potential using Canva’s powerful tools.

About the lesson

As a graphic design teacher specializing in Canva, my teaching approach is hands-on, practical, and goal-oriented. I believe anyone can become a proficient designer with the right guidance and creative support, even without prior design experience.

Teaching Techniques and Methods:
I use real-world projects to teach design fundamentals—social media posts, resumes, posters, business cards, and more.

Lessons are delivered using step-by-step video demonstrations, followed by interactive tasks.

I encourage creativity through design challenges, peer feedback, and revision sessions.

I also include tips on branding, layout, typography, and color theory using Canva’s built-in tools.

Usual Structure of a Class:
Introduction (5–10 mins): Overview of the topic and real-world relevance.

Demonstration (10–20 mins): Live walkthrough using Canva.

Practice Task (15–30 mins): Students create a design based on the topic.

Feedback Session (10 mins): Group review and improvement suggestions.

Q&A + Tips (5–10 mins): Troubleshooting, shortcuts, and pro tips.

Special Features as a Teacher:
I simplify technical concepts so anyone can understand them.

I use gamification and design storytelling to make lessons engaging.

I guide students on building their design portfolio for freelancing or job applications.

I stay up-to-date with Canva’s latest features and trends to ensure students are industry-ready.

Target Audience:
My classes are ideal for:

School students exploring design basics.

College students aiming to freelance or build a portfolio.

Adults and working professionals wanting to upskill or create personal/business designs efficiently.
