Hello there!
I am a writer and University student. I have taken and passed Eng 204, Wri 101 and Wri 102 at an American university. I have written for my school paper and writing fantasy is a hobby of mine. I have tutored both 4th and 5th grade levels in English. I am open to teaching any grade level or help with any kind of writing.
I am currently enrolled in a psychology program in Carleton university.

Hello there!
I've tutored both fluent adults and inexperienced children in English, using different methods with those fluent and those who simply wish to hone their existing skills.
For those not fluent, my methodology is as follows:
I test their reading levels with various books before beginning. Slight differences in methodology may be observed for different reading levels.
After that, the idea is to get them to read more, increasing the difficulty of the books as we go on. Between lessons, a batch of words will be determined so as to be tested on the spelling of them.
The composition of sentences and the placements of commas, dots and conjunctions is also gone over after their level is sufficient enough.
For those fluent, we usually look over something they have written, and I explain how it could be improved grammatically and through wording. After this, we view another document, and the student attempts to do the same, but without assistance. This is usually done several times.
I am also open to only editing a text for a set fee.
These lessons are typically for those with already some knowledge in English. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer services for those with no knowledge in English unless they speak Arabic, due to limitations in communication.
