About Okunene
Hello! My name is Okunene, and I am a passionate educator with a Bachelor of Education degree, specializing in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Technology. I enjoy helping students grow in confidence and discover that learning can be both enjoyable and rewarding.
I have experience tutoring first-year university students in English and teaching English First Additional Language at a local school. Through these experiences, I have learned how to explain difficult concepts in a simple way, support learners at different levels, and create a comfortable space where students feel confident to ask questions and learn from their mistakes.
I am fluent in English and isiZulu, and I tailor each lesson to the individual needs of my students.
