I am currently working as a hotel receptionist, I obtained a national Diploma in Tourism Management. I always come across decorations at work as the reception must always look up to date filled with flowers and decorations must always be on point.

I always introduce myself to make my learners feel welcome. Then offer a reward maybe to those who participate a lot in my class. As well I would offer those who are slow learners with extra of my time to give me their concerns and I would make them feel at home. I would start reaching them how to paint properly without crossing the lines. The best ways to draw clear and tidy pictures etc.
