About Dr Monissha
I am a medical graduate with 2 years of Housemanship training. I've recently become a mother to a lovely little girl and have put my job on hold, but have my sights on a postgraduate degree in Physiology and Bioinformatics.
I consider myself a studious, but not a rote, learner. While medical school can be an absolute trainwreck when it comes to note-taking and textbook-collecting, it is of great importance to remember that we are first and foremost studying the human body, our knowledge of which is yet incomplete and still in flux. I believe, if understood in all its mystery and glory, the study of Human Physiology will prove itself beyond rewarding.

My lessons are targeted to students in the pre-clinical study, i.e. Years 1 and 2 of medical school.
I would be able to conduct classes online via Google Meet or, if more convenient, conduct in-person classes at my home. I would encourage students to let me know sooner the areas they would like to cover to ensure a seamless session.
It is also possible to arrange a group session with about 3-4 students each. I believe it could create a group study scenario where everyone benefits everyone.
