About Rachael
I taught in an elementary school for 6+ years, in which some years I was a leader on my team. I have a dual certification with my Bachelors degree in Elementary and Learning and Behavior Disorders. I also have two masters degrees in Literacy Specialist and Teacher Leadership. I will respect my students' time and treat everyone with respect.

I adapt my reading lessons to each students' needs. I identify their area of need using formative assessments and target it, whether fluency, phonics, phonemic awareness, comprehension or vocabulary, with fun, engaging activities. We will play games, read, and create items for proof of learning. Ongoing assessments will track progress. These lessons are for elementary students.
