About Suzi
After teaching in public education in three Title 1 schools, I have worked with students at all academic levels along with teaching highly diversified groups of students. I mentor other teachers and am a grade level rep within my building. I have presented to small groups and large groups of educators on the importance of academic engagement and teacher clarity. I am fully equipped to work with students of all ages, backgrounds, and academic needs.

Hey everybody! My name is Suzi and I have been a teacher for 20 years. I taught first grade for 12 years and then became an instructional coach in which I mentored and coached teachers in the classroom. I’ve decided to return to the classroom because I miss the students so much and I now teach third grade. I have experience in supporting learners that are a bit behind, but have also taken gifted education courses, and teach gifted and talented students. I believe learning should be interactive and engaging with student interests and academic needs at the forefront.
