About Hester
After graduating from a private liberal-arts-based middle school, I moved on to and graduated from an all-girls private Catholic high school in Portland, Oregon. I am currently working on an undergraduate degree in business. I took the SAT and ACT multiple times, and am a long-time AP English student, so I am ready to answer any questions and concerns students may have surrounding reading, writing, and test-taking.

I freshly understand what students are going through - so I’m here to assist them with a youthful perspective and engaging techniques. I teach kids at elementary through high school levels. A typical lesson lasts an hour, but I can be flexible for my student’s needs! Once I meet with and get to know my student, we work together to construct a lesson plan based on what they need/want to learn.
