About Ling
I am Ling. I come from Taiwan and relocate to Wellington. I started my yoga practice since 2011 and continue practicing with my students since 2022. It’s my pleasure to share my experience to you.
Yoga is for every body. I practice yoga to learn more about my own body. It’s a gentle way to study my own body, dynamically taking care of it little by little. It is also a vivid journey to find own uniqueness and enjoy the juice of finding both physical and mental balance.

Through delicate commands, students are guided to focus on the present moment and develop more body awareness and subtle body control.
