About Ayushi

My name is Ayushi Agarwal, and I am passionate about helping others grow through learning. I believe education is one of the most powerful tools for personal and professional development, and my goal as a teacher is to make that journey as clear, supportive, and enjoyable as possible. I specialize in Bachelor in Computer Science, and I have experience teaching in school children, college students, or adults. Over the years, I’ve worked with students from different backgrounds and learning levels, and I always strive to tailor my approach to meet each learner's unique needs. I focus not only on helping students understand the subject but also on building their confidence. Whether it's improving communication skills, preparing for exams, or mastering the basics, I aim to make my classes engaging, interactive, and practical. I believe that no question is too small, and no goal is too big. I’m here to guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way. Let’s learn together – with no pressure, no hesitation, and no (embarrassment)!

As a teacher, my core goal is to create a learning environment that is supportive, engaging, and student-centered. I believe that effective teaching is not just about delivering information, but about inspiring curiosity, building confidence, and helping learners become independent thinkers. Teaching Techniques and Methods I use a mix of traditional and modern teaching techniques, depending on the subject and the needs of the students. Some key methods I use include: Interactive Learning: I encourage student participation through questions, discussions, and hands-on activities. Visual and Audio Aids: I incorporate videos, images, and audio clips to enhance understanding and make lessons more engaging. Real-Life Examples: I connect the lesson to real-world situations to help students see the practical value of what they are learning. Customized Pace: I assess the learners’ levels and adjust the speed and complexity of teaching accordingly. Feedback and Encouragement: I regularly give constructive feedback and celebrate progress to boost student confidence. Structure of a Typical Class Each class is structured to maximize focus and participation. A usual session includes: Warm-Up (5–10 mins): Quick recap of the previous lesson or a short activity to get students thinking. Introduction of New Topic (10–15 mins): Clear explanation using examples, visuals, and interaction. Practice/Activity (15–20 mins): Students apply what they’ve learned through exercises, speaking tasks, or group work. Review and Feedback (5–10 mins): Summarize key points, correct mistakes, and answer questions. Homework or Extension Task: Optional activities for further learning at home. My Special Features as a Teacher Patience and Empathy: I create a judgment-free zone where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. Cultural Sensitivity: Especially in language classes, I respect and incorporate diverse cultural perspectives to make learning inclusive. Adaptability: Whether it's online or in-person, individual or group lessons, I adapt my style to meet different learning needs. Focus on Communication: Especially for language learning, I focus more on speaking confidently and naturally, rather than just memorizing rules. Who My Classes Are For My classes are designed for a wide range of learners, including: School children who need help with basics or want to build a strong foundation. College students looking to improve academic skills or prepare for exams. Adults and professionals who want to improve their communication, especially in spoken language, for work or daily life.
