About Sarah
I am a graduate from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education with a Master's in Elementary Education and a Middle School Social Studies. I have experience teaching and designing curriculum for ELA and teaching/creating lesson plans for Social Studies. I have also created lesson plans for different schools and presented lesson plans at workshops. I also have been tutoring all subjects (math, science, English, and social studies) for students in grades 1 to 7 for 5+ years.

I can teach English Language Arts and Social Studies - with a focus on reading comprehension and writing - to students from grades KG-8. I assess the students to see where they are in terms of reading and writing and design lessons in accordance with performance. I usually go over homework for school first and then move into the lesson plan.
