About Tardip

Hello! I'm an experienced English as an Additional Language (EAL) Instructor with a passion for helping students build confidence and achieve their language goals. I have experience teaching learners from a variety of cultural and educational backgrounds, and I understand that every student learns differently. I believe that every student learns differently, so my lessons are personalized to match each learner's goals, learning style, and pace. As an experienced English as an Additional Language (EAL) Instructor and Early Childhood Educator, I create a supportive, encouraging, and interactive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence.

My teaching methodology focuses on practical communication and active learning. Rather than relying only on memorization, I use real-life conversations, guided practice, interactive activities, reading, writing, listening, and speaking exercises to help students develop strong English skills they can use every day. I regularly check for understanding, provide constructive feedback, and adjust lessons based on each student's progress.

A typical lesson begins with a brief review of previous learning, followed by introducing a new concept or skill. We then practice together through engaging activities, discussions, or exercises before finishing with a summary, feedback, and optional practice to reinforce learning between sessions.

What sets me apart is my experience teaching learners from diverse cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds. I understand the challenges of learning English as an additional language and focus on creating lessons that are practical, motivating, and enjoyable.
