About Jen
Having achieved a 4.00 cumulative GPA overall during my time at UO in addition to participating in programs that aim to help my peers, I have established myself as a diligent, motivated, and knowledgeable student with a wide skill set applicable to a tutoring position. I will meet with each student wherever they are at in a given subject, offering my expertise in certain areas such as written communication. The general supportive skills I have accumulated over my time as an advisor and my previous tutoring experience have offered me a solid framework into understanding how to aid students in the most effective way possible.

I received an A+ in Writing 122, and have consistently achieved A-level grades in a wide variety of courses which have included essay writing and verbose term presentations as a significant part of the final grade. Additionally, I have served as a peer advisor, a statistics tutor, and a peer lab leader, through which I have developed leadership, interpersonal communication, and teaching skills. I offer tutoring in statistical methods as well.
