As a self-taught artist, my approach to teaching oil painting and illustration is grounded in practical, hands-on experience and a deep understanding of creative expression. My methodology includes:

Foundational Skills: Emphasizing the importance of mastering fundamental techniques such as color theory, brushwork, and composition.

A Typical Lesson Plan:
Introduction and Goals (10 minutes): Discussing the student's current work, setting goals for the lesson, and reviewing any homework or previous projects.

Hands-On Practice (30 minutes): Guiding the student through the application of the technique, offering tips and corrections as needed.
