Hey, I am RYT 200 Hrs trained Yoga Instructor. I teach Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Pranayam, Flow Yoga along with Trauma-Informed Yoga. I have an experience of over an year with yoga practice and currently enrolled in RYT 600 Hrs at Rishikesh, India.
