About Sharon
I am a retired teacher of twenty-one years. I educated foreign students in English and in all subjects. I graduated Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Master's in Teaching and am certified to teach grades 1-8 and ESL. I also facilitated peer groups of teachers on how to handle and teach foreign students in their classes.

I make my lessons interactive and fun. I differentiate instruction, as I know each student is different and requires different methods of learning. I also am a fan of scaffolding, going back and taking little steps for student understanding. I take all my knowledge from when I was in the classroom and apply it with my students.
