I do not have a degree in counseling. I have lived 1/2 a century and learned from others. I will pass on to you what I have learned. It is the least I can do to honor those folks who helped me throughout my life.

Grab some paint, something to paint on, a brush, mini roller, or anything really and let's go. We will webcam, paint and talk. If you don't like what you paint you can paint over it and go again. Just like in life, redos are possible. Let me know if you need a supply list. Especially if you want to paint at the same time. If you just want to watch and take notes that works too. Please let me know if you want me to focus on: A particular method Mixing paint or different recipes Canvas or other surfaces
