About Delonda
I am a third grade teacher and I tutor. I am a dedicated reading educator with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students succeed. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (K–6) from Athens State University and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from WGU. My training and experience allow me to provide high-quality, structured, and effective reading instruction tailored to each learner. I approach tutoring with professionalism, patience, and clear instructional goals. I use research-based literacy strategies grounded in best practices to support reading development, comprehension, and fluency. I am a third grade teacher that tutors and my approach as a reading tutor is rooted in evidence-based literacy instruction, patience, and a deep understanding of how children learn.
