About Kristine
I have been teaching reading at the kindergarten to grade 7 level for over 10 years. I LOVE to see students and families grow and become accomplished readers. Over the years, I have partnered with families to help students achieve the challenging and rewarding task of developing literacy.

Our interactive reading lessons range in length from 30-60 minutes. A typical lesson begins with phonemic awareness (oral) language drills and can lead to a fun poem or song. Lesson review past concepts and build on new understandings. Students learn to read and write new words using a variety of methods and hands-on tasks. Lesson are designed for children who are learning to read and or improving their ability to read.
