About Charles
Hello! My name is Charles who enjoys helping students feel more confident with their learning. I like making difficult topics feel simpler and giving students practical strategies they can actually use on their own.
I especially enjoy supporting students with literacy, dyslexia, writing and essay skills. My goal is to create a relaxed space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving at their own pace.
I will also provide top-notch resources + provide extra activities and companion resources that make it easy to continue learning outside of tutoring sessions.

I can support students across literacy, reading, spelling, writing and dyslexia-specific learning needs. This can include phonics, decoding, reading fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, sentence structure and building confidence with written work.
For older students, I can also help with essay planning, paragraph structure, analysing sources, developing stronger arguments, improving written expression and preparing for HSC-style responses. Lessons are tailored to what each student needs most, with a focus on making skills clear, manageable and practical.
