About Simone
Hello, I’m Simone, a qualified primary teacher with 20 years of experience teaching children aged 4–11. Throughout my career I have taught in both small village schools and larger schools, as well as delivering targeted booster sessions to individuals and small groups.
I specialise in English and Maths and have extensive experience supporting children with special educational needs, filling learning gaps, building confidence and stretching more able learners to reach their full potential.
Alongside my teaching experience, I am also a mum of four. My youngest daughter is 9, my twin daughters are preparing to study at Oxford and Nottingham universities, and my eldest son, who is autistic, has taught me the importance of adapting my approach to meet every child’s unique needs whilst maintaining warmth, patience and encouragement.
I believe children learn best when they feel confident, understood and supported. My lessons are engaging, tailored to individual needs and designed to help children make meaningful progress while enjoying learning.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy walking my dogs, baking, running my e-commerce businesses and spending time with my family. I am passionate about helping children develop both the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

I am a qualified primary teacher with 20 years of classroom experience teaching children aged 4–11. I provide engaging online tuition across all primary subjects, with particular expertise in English and maths. Throughout my career I have successfully supported children with special educational needs, filled learning gaps, built confidence in reluctant learners and challenged more able pupils to reach their full potential.
