About Cormac
Why hello
I’m a qualified teacher with experience teaching English, literacy, and drama to primary, secondary, and international students. My lessons go beyond grammar and vocabulary — I aim to inspire confidence, creativity, and a love of learning. Drawing on my background in theater, I bring energy, imagination, and performance-based techniques to help students express themselves clearly and confidently. I'm delighted to call Abu Dhabi home
I’m also a passionate traveler, having explored 42 countries around the world, I speak 3 languages!. I use real-life experiences, stories, and cultural insights to make lessons engaging, relatable, and thought-provoking.
Whether the goal is improving grades, preparing for exams, or building overall fluency, my lessons are tailored to each student’s needs and designed to make learning meaningful, enjoyable, and empowering, helping students grow not just academically, but personally too. This will be fun.

I offer engaging, structured online English lessons designed to build confidence and real academic progress. As a qualified Primary teacher with classroom and tutoring experience, I use clear explanations, guided practice, discussion, and personalized feedback to help students strengthen their reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills. My background in drama also helps students develop confident communication and self-expression.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and tailored to each learner’s goals, whether that’s improving grades, preparing for exams, or building overall fluency.
I work with primary and secondary students, as well as international learners looking to improve academic English in a supportive, motivating environment.
