About Assia
Hello,
My name is Assia. I am a native Arabic speaker. I am from Morocco. I currently live in Tangier.
In the last 2 years, during my stay in Japan as an ALT I met many international students who were interested in the Arabic language and culture which sparked my interest in teaching my native language. Since then, I have been teaching Arabic online to students coming from different backgrounds and cultures.
In my free time I enjoy reading novels and books. I also like learning foreign languages. At present, I am learning Japanese, Korean, Spanish and French. Having the experience of learning English, I understand very well the challenges that students go through when learning a new language. That is why I am here to make learning Arabic easy for you and enjoy this journey together.

I can teach standard Arabic as well as Moroccan Arabic. So far I have been giving Arabic conversation lessons for beginner and advanced Arabic learners, Arabic basics for kids and Arabic lessons for religious purposes.
My teaching style depends on the students' needs and their learning objectives. I prefer an individual approach to teaching, as it allows me to help students learn effectively. I use a variety of materials to deliver my lessons and I make sure to introduce aspects of the Arabic culture and historic background during my lessons.
