My approach have always been students oriented. I try to make them engaged during learning and help them think and perceive things in perspective manifold. My teaching style would be more interactive, enthusiastic, narrative storytelling, examples based on life experiences is right on bulls eye. I believe children learn and gain experience by knowing others experience.
