We are in a good mood when we feel good in our bodies. This is the feeling I have since my discovery of Vinyasa Yoga, this learning of attention, concentration and mental peace. In the air, as in dance, the mind is turned towards the perfection of the gesture, he escapes. The movement is a routine, a note repeated over and over again. An artist on stage is like a bird out of his cage. Yoga, one is present on every move, keeping an ever greater concentration on breathing YOGA IS A PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE, ONE LANE OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
