A teacher needs to be flexible , have compassion, self discipline, drive and patience to reach out to their students ,Andy that’s what I believe I have .
Also a teacher needs to consider state and local testing objectives when devising lesson plans and making sure that students understand the materials on which they’ll be tested.I am able to alternate my style so that the students will never able to learn effectively.
