About Emily
I am 29 from Edinburgh, Scotland and have been living in New Zealand for 4 years now. I have taught in both Primary and ECE centres in both countries. I am passionate about teaching and learning. Helping students one to one is a passion of mine as the progress is incredible to see. I also enjoy forming positive relationships with my students and watching them learn and grow.

As an experienced primary teacher I am able to provide well thought and well planned tailored lessons to your child. I am able to teach a range of subjects and also go into depth into these subjects. I understand children learn when they are most engaged and have a range of ways to engage my students; from using their own interests to fun games, activities and engaging conversation. I provide meaningful feedback throughout the learning process to both students and parents. I am able to teach a range of ages and can adapt the learning no matter what the needs.
