I am young at heart female teacher with 2 grown children of my own. I believe every student should be entitled to the same level of educational investment I gave my own children, (both University graduates now). I base my approach on individual student interest areas - space, trains, weather, Marvel etc. Specific areas of difficulties identified and supported. Instant feedback given to student with formative next steps. Regular communication to parents on progress.
