About Poonam

I'm an avid yoga learner. Practicing yoga for the past 8 years and teaching yoga for the last 5 years. Would like to share this beautiful and mind-calming experience with my students as well. Take classes in groups and individually for ladies and children. I have been taking online classes since lockdown and have helped cure migraine, back pain of my students. Also have a degree in engineering (B.Tech).

About the lesson

I base my teaching techniques on the requirements of my students, keeping in mind their age and medical history. I try to make my students comfortable and enjoy their yoga classes so that we both can grow from it.

He is suffering from arthritis and having problem in knee joints. We did the class by sitting on a chair that is chair yoga. Class went smoothly.
