Jaime is an all around cool guy, he is prompt at arrival, communication and is an excellent teacher. I would recommend him for anyone wanting to learn português brasileiro. I did not stick with it but if I go back, I’ll definitely reach out to him!

I’ve been studying Brazilian Portuguese with Jaime for almost 2 years now and I can say he has an extraordinary approach to teaching that has made studying the language fun and approachable.
Along with the language studies, Jaime has taught me a great deal about Brazilian culture and the local phrases.
He’s even taught me a couple of songs in Portuguese, which I’ve entertained friends and family with.
I’ve had the opportunity to travel to Brazil since taking classes with Jaime and put what I’ve learned in class to use. As a result, I’ve made many international connections and life long friends.
I don’t think any of this would be possible, hadn’t I decided to take classes with Jaime…so again, I highly recommend his classes and I give him 5 stars!

I had the pleasure of working with Jaime as my Portuguese tutor, and I can't recommend him enough. As an English speaker with no prior experience in Portuguese, I was initially worried about how challenging it would be to pick up the language. Entertaining and dynamic classes. He makes research about the topics that will be more useful for you and the ones you will need the most at work or travel, so you get exposed and learn vocabulary, sentences, news and get updated all at the same time. No doubt he is an outstanding prof!

I am a 34 year old British guy and Jaime has been teaching me Portuguese online for the past six months. He is fun, patient and innovative in his approach. I really enjoy the classes (twice per week, 60 mins per class) and he doesn't make it feel like 'school work' because... I actually look forward to the lessons (which I never thought would happen)! I've now been practicing my Portuguese with friends and family and they are super impressed with how much I've learnt. If you want to learn Portuguese from a Pro - I recommend Jaime.

Jaime is a great teacher! I've been having lessons with him for more than six months and I'm totally satisfied with his lessons! He is very friendly, communicative and collaborative but also very professional and pedagogic.
