About Mansoureh

I am Dr. Mansoureh Azadeh, with a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Microbiology. I have over 15 years of experience in research and teaching, with more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and three laboratory books.
My work connects molecular biology, cancer biomarkers, gene-expression analysis, and bioinformatics. I have taught laboratory methods, delivered workshops, and supervised postgraduate research students.
I enjoy helping students understand challenging concepts and develop their research and scientific writing skills. My approach is patient and practical, with space for questions and explanations at your own pace.

About the lesson

I offer personalized online lessons in biology, microbiology, introductory bioinformatics, and scientific writing for university students and beginner researchers.
Bioinformatics lessons cover finding datasets in GEO, understanding differential gene expression, and interpreting pathway analyses and biological networks using tools such as Enrichr, STRING, KEGG, and Reactome.
Scientific writing lessons focus on developing your own manuscript: organizing the introduction, methods, results, and discussion; searching and referencing literature; presenting figures; and responding to reviewers.
I also teach PCR, qPCR, and ELISA principles and result interpretation. Lessons use clear explanations, published examples, and guided practice, adapted to your level and goals. Teaching is available in English or Persian.
