About Chiaki
Former humanitarian/development aid and human rights professional. I have served communities in Middle East, Africa and Asia regions as a human rights and peace building specialist for over 10 years since high school. I resigned my previous job due to burn out during COVID in 2020.
Since then, I have been on the yogic path - I have my personal experience of healing my body, heart and soul by having a slow-paced lifestyle aligned with nature and daily yoga and meditation practices.
As I embody and deepen the yogic teachings in my personal healing and transformational journey, I have grown interests in serving others by sharing what I have learned and experienced first hand.
This is why I completed RYT 200 training in Hachijo-island in Japan in 2023 and started my own business as a yoga teacher. In 2024, I completed RYT 500 teacher training course in Byron Bay, Australia, where I am currently based and continue to serve and expand my community of likeminded spirits.
I offer services combining my personal learnings and experiences from various traditions and teachings of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Tantric Hatha, Yin, and Buddhism (Shinto-ism and Zen).
Coming from Japan and growing up in the Netherlands, I aspire to integrate the eastern traditions, wisdom and spirituality with western science and new schools. Combining with energy healing and holistic healing, I offer deeper experience of yoga that goes beyond asana - integration of pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy into all aspects of life.

• Integrate foundations of asanas, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy into your daily practice as well as all aspects of your life

• Hands-on adjustments and integration conversations to deepen and enhance your practice in each session
• Move beyond simple asana (postures) practice to connect your body, mind and soul

Perfect! A very knowledgeable yoga teacher, she has an inner calm that allows room for one on one teaching to shine with her unique skill set.
Yoga therapy - practical application & mindfulness, meditation movements.
No stone is left unturned working with Chiaki.Perfect! Vast array of knowledge and skills, made an extra effort to travel out of her way, great communication before during and after. we had a wide range of ages and abilities and we have never been happier with a yoga class, i honestly cannot recomend her enough
